Assist Chefs with production and maintain dining room service stations. Maintain safety culture, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Maintain a safety culture
  • Clean and maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and equipment
  • Assist in re-stocking coolers and displays
  • Serve food in accordance with HACCP and food safety standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment
  • Provide world-class customer service
  • Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency response procedures
