Job Description
The Cambria LAX Hotel is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to support the smooth operation of the hotel kitchen, overseeing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring food safety.
Requirements
Supervise daily kitchen operations
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Monitor food preparation, quality, and presentation
Support inventory management
Assist with scheduling, labor management, and assigning duties
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards
Work collaboratively with the culinary leadership team
