Kitchen Supervisor/Expo

Requirements

• Prepare food orders in a timely manner to ensure proper stocking to meet demand
• Assist in expediting orders and facilitating efficient workflows to ensure guest order accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and monitor budgeted food costs and work closely with the senior culinary leader
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist with health department inspections
• Monitor and receive all ordered food products and supplies; ensure proper storage and FIFO rotation
• Assist the department manager in interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work
• Maintain a presence at the expo window
