Role OverviewR & R Breakfast Spot is seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations and help maintain the quality, consistency, and efficiency our guests expect. The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee kitchen staff, ensure food safety standards are followed, manage food preparation, and support a positive team environment.
What You Will Do
Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily operations, ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines, maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, and train new kitchen employees on procedures, food safety, and company standards.

Requirements
- Previous kitchen supervisory or lead cook experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of breakfast food preparation and kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Food Handler Card required; Food Manager Certification preferred
