Job Description
We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team at Blossom Hotel in Houston. The role combines hands-on cooking responsibilities with team coordination to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of service.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Lead Line Cook, Demi Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
Leadership ability with excellent communication and organizational skills
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in hot environments
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
