Job Description
We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team at Blossom Hotel in Houston. The role combines hands-on cooking responsibilities with team coordination to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of service.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Lead Line Cook, Demi Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment
  • Leadership ability with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in hot environments
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
