Job Description
The Kitchen Supervisor supports the culinary leadership team by overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and safety across all stations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Lead Line Cook, Demi Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
  • Leadership ability with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in hot environments.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
