Job Description
Kitchen Utility position responsible for kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, floor sanitation, and equipment maintenance, working under the direction of lead kitchen utility/executive kitchen steward.

Requirements

  • General kitchen, back of house cleanliness
  • dishwashing/Pot washing
  • Floor sanitation
  • Cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment
  • Follows direction of lead kitchen utility/executive kitchen steward at all times
  • Transports food from ship to shore and vice versa
  • Assists receiving in putting food products away
  • Assists buffet attendants and servers in replenishing clean dishes and silverware
