Role OverviewThe Kitting/Shipping Associate plays a key role in fulfilling built-to-order instrument shipments, pulling, kitting, and packaging components and finished instruments accurately, and preparing outbound shipments to customers around the world.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include pulling parts, assembling kits, packaging finished instruments, preparing shipping documentation, processing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, inspecting outgoing products, and keeping kitting and shipping work areas organized.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in kitting, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or inventory environment
- Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) preferred
- Experience with shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager) a plus
- Comfortable reading work orders, BOMs, and part numbers with precision
- Basic knowledge of export/customs documentation a plus, not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willing and able to work an evening shift schedule
