Job Description

Requirements

Research and analyze case law, statutes, and legislative intent.
Perform litigation support tasks with emphasis on ACE (Affirmative Civil Enforcement) matters.
Use automated legal research tools.
Assist with managing discovery and data.
Draft and issue subpoenas and civil investigatory demands.
Contribute to pretrial preparations.
Assist in the preparation of legal materials.
Organize documents and computer files.
