Job Description
As a Case Manager, you will manage and coordinate Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence activities for new and existing client relationships, ensuring adherence to internal KYC policies, Key Operating Standards (KOS), and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Manage and coordinate Know Your Client (KYC) due diligence activities for new and existing client relationships
  • Ensure adherence to internal KYC policies, Key Operating Standards (KOS), and external regulatory requirements
  • Manage the client adoption and onboarding process in partnership with Due Diligence (DD) analysts
  • Conduct risk-based evaluations aligned with the intended nature of business, purpose of the relationship, and source of funds
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support file progress, completion, and overall quality
  • Comply with data protection requirements and client confidentiality restrictions
