Job Description
The Knowledge Center Representative provides administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and other interested parties by receiving and answering telephonic inquiries.

Requirements

  • Delivers friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume environment
  • Accurately captures and enters data into CareMC and other internal systems
  • Promotes future use of self-help tools when applicable
  • Maintains consistent attendance and meets quality and productivity standards
