Role Overview

The Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking a dynamic individual to respond to staff SharePoint challenges, standardizing processes, and enhancing tools and resources for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive support.

What You Will Do

Administer the DPH InfoHub, create and maintain SharePoint sites, Teams workspaces, channels, and file libraries, create learning resources, and support staff education on file organization and collaboration tools.

Requirements

  • Ability to interpret and explain technical language to non-technical audiences

  • Ability to adjust to varying or changing situations
  • Established high standards for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing content migration from a server to the cloud
  • Experience using MS Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
