Role OverviewAdminister and enhance SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools to improve information sharing, streamline business processes, and support organizational effectiveness. This role involves working closely with government stakeholders to manage SharePoint sites, organize enterprise content, and recommend collaboration solutions.
What You Will Do
Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and enterprise content. Develop knowledge management solutions, configure SharePoint site structure, and provide user support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five (5) or more years of experience administering SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments
- Experience supporting SharePoint Online
- Understanding of knowledge management, document management, and collaboration best practices
- Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with end users
- Active Secret security clearance
- Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification within 1800 days of hire, if required
