Job Description
The KSTEP Service Coordinator provides case management services for up to 9 families as part of the Kentucky-Strengthening Ties and Empowering Parents (KSTEP) Program, including conducting assessments, implementing treatment models, and providing direct therapeutic support services.

Requirements

  • Maintains a caseload of no more than 9 families
  • Enters case notes to Credible in a timely manner
  • Completes training in and consistently utilizes required modalities
