Role OverviewAs a Lab Assistant - Core Lab, you will work in a supportive and collaborative environment with advanced technology, prioritizing incoming specimens, processing patient specimens, and interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
What You Will Do
You will perform pre-analytical and post-analytical tasks, process information, inspect and maintain work areas, and promote DMC values by demonstrating behaviors supportive of building a High Reliability Culture.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Six months experience in medical training, and/or certification in a healthcare environment or related science field
- Basic studies in medical terminology or a related health science field
- Customer service experience in a service environment
- Phlebotomy Certification (for Phlebotomists)
