Requirements

  • 7–10 years in clinical lab operations
  • Proven ability to lead and grow lab teams
  • Strong knowledge of CLIA, CAP, GCP, and inspection readiness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Process-oriented and tech-comfortable
  • Experience with assay launches and protocol onboarding
