Lab IT Support Engineer responsible for maintaining computer infrastructure, troubleshooting, and implementing data flows for scientific instruments.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in IT support
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Outstanding computer troubleshooting skills
  • Background with End-user Computing or Desktop Support skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory
  • AGILE ways of working
  • Background with computer security
  • Previous experience with validated systems (GxP) a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft OS including iOS and Linux a plus
