Job Description
Lab IT Support Engineer needs 7 years of experience and requires strong computer troubleshooting skills, knowledge of hardware components, networking concepts, and Active Directory. Responsibilities include maintaining computer infrastructure, troubleshooting data flows, and implementing data backup solutions.

Requirements

  • Outstanding computer troubleshooting skills for obscure issues
  • Background with End-user Computing or Desktop Support skills
  • Break/Fix consists of 80% of a Lab Engineer workload
  • Understanding of hardware components and networking concepts
  • Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory
  • D2D and/or project support
  • AGILE ways of working necessary
  • Background with computer security
  • Previous experience with validated systems (GxP) a plus
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Excel skills a plus
  • In-depth knowledge in Microsoft OS including iOS and Linux a plus
