Role OverviewThe client is seeking a Lab IT Support Engineer to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade initiative across Research & Development laboratories. This 6+ month contract will focus on upgrading instrument-connected laboratory computers while working closely with scientists, instrument vendors, and IT teams to ensure successful deployment with minimal disruption to laboratory operations.
What You Will Do
Perform Windows 11 upgrades on laboratory workstations and instrument-connected PCs. Coordinate upgrade activities with instrument vendors, both onsite and remotely. Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and network connectivity issues during deployment.
