Role OverviewOversee the day-to-day work in the Quality Assurance Laboratory, ensuring laboratory equipment is functioning correctly and monitoring processes to meet accepted QA standards. Develop and maintain safety, environmental, and quality performance reports for the lab.

Train and monitor lab workers, prepare certificates of analysis, and repair and maintain lab equipment. Develop and report on safety, environmental, and quality performance of the lab.

Requirements
- Bachelor's level degree with heavy emphasis in Chemistry
- Up to 3 years of supervisory experience
- Up to 10 years of experience with wet chemistry lab processes and analytical instrumentation
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information
- Ability to write reports and basic business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
