Role OverviewThe Lab Supervisor II oversees the technical operations of laboratory services at Freestanding Emergency and Urgent Care facilities to ensure accurate, timely testing that supports patient diagnosis and treatment.

The role provides leadership to laboratory staff, ensures compliance with regulatory and hospital partner requirements, and collaborates with other clinical leaders to support efficient operations and a patient-centered environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Sciences, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory or Medical Laboratory Science
- 5 or more years’ experience as a Technologist
- Previous supervisor experience
- Florida Licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor in at least Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology and Immunohematology (Blood Bank)
- ASCP (MLS/MT) or AMT certification
- National certification from ASCP Board of Certification (BOC) for assigned work areas
- CPR Certification
