Role OverviewThe Lab Supervisor is responsible for performing all laboratory procedures, including quality control, specimen collection, processing, testing, and reporting of lab results. They will also assist in the evaluation of new or modified techniques when required.
What You Will Do
Perform laboratory procedures, assist in the evaluation of new or modified techniques, advise and assist in the orientation and training of other personnel on equipment and software as necessary, and oversee lab operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or chemical, physical or biological science or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist
- MLT Certification required upon hire
- Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Science program or certified as AMT or MLS within 18 months of hire
