Role OverviewThe Laboratory Technician plays a key role in executing assigned quality tasks, including setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
What You Will Do
Perform microbiological testing, conduct chemical and physical analyses, collect samples, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, document test results, and investigate product quality issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a minimum of GED or High School Diploma, with an Associates degree in dairy/food sciences or equivalent highly preferred. 1-2 years' experience in a similar food industry lab setting is also highly preferred.
