Role OverviewThe Lab Technician II performs experiments, prepares samples, operates lab equipment, and analyzes and records data to support production. Collaborates with production and testing team, tests materials as they are generated, and adheres to safety protocols. Works in a laboratory environment and handles laboratory equipment and materials appropriately.
What You Will Do
Perform a variety of chemical and physical tests and experiments using established laboratory techniques and procedures. Accurately document, analyze, and interpret experimental results while preparing clear and detailed technical reports to communicate findings.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Laboratory Science, or another related scientific field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to perform essential job functions accurately and consistently while following established procedures and safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment and handle laboratory equipment and materials appropriately.
- Ability to accurately record, document, and communicate technical information and experimental results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with scientists, engineers, technicians, and other team members.
