Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Lab Technician to join our Green Thumb team. This position is responsible for assisting with lab production, including distillation, extraction, and production of cannabis infused products.
What You Will Do
Prepare laboratory equipment, operate intricate extraction equipment, process cannabis concentrates and extracts, and maintain high quality standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior experience working in production laboratory environments, regulatory requirements, and compliance is highly desirable. Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and ability to work independently or among teams is also required.
Requirements
- Associate or 4-year degree with relevant college courses in biology, chemistry, or physics
- Prior production laboratory or manufacturing experience
- Prior experience working in regulated environments
- Basic math skills
- Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for dealing with hazardous chemicals
