Job Description
We're looking for a Labels Quality Control Manager to lead our label converting quality control function, working with seven production sites to maximize product quality and customer satisfaction. As a key organizational voice, you'll help maintain, improve, and expand customer relationships, and optimize the Quality Management System.

Requirements

  • Provide operational and strategic value by helping the Organization to maintain, improve, and expand customer relationships.
  • Own, enhance, and optimize the Quality Management System.
  • Manage all QMS related activities, including but not limited to SOP management, document control, record retention, employee GMP and SOP training, compliance audits, non-conforming product resolutions, CAPA requirements, risk assessments, customer and supplier surveys, document and quality related record management, managerial and KPI reporting.
  • Monitor the production process to minimize variation and optimize consistency.
  • Facilitate and oversee all 3rd party audits and certifications.
  • Serve as a key organizational voice to the Senior Leadership team.
