Role OverviewThe LaBlast Instructor will work at the Jim & Heather Gills YMCA, building rapport and inspiring others through dance instruction. The role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds.
What You Will Do
The LaBlast Instructor will teach dance classes, build relationships with participants, and maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess current LaBlast Instructor Certification
- Strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions
- Builds rapport, inspires and relates well to others
- Pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Clear a Level 2 background check
