Job Description
The Labor and Employee Relations Senior Manager will serve as a labor and employee relations expert on behalf of the Vermont State Colleges System (VSCS) institutions, providing advice and guidance on sensitive labor relations matters, including grievances, employee performance, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or other closely related field
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible, professional experience in collective bargaining and labor and employee relations activities
  • SHRM certification highly desirable
  • Previous work experience in a higher education setting highly desirable
