What You Will Do
Represent employers in labor and employment disputes, research and analyze complex employment law issues, draft motions and briefs, take and defend depositions, advise clients on employment-related issues, and collaborate with attorneys across the national practice.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of labor and employment experience
- Experience with both employment counseling and litigation
- Experience handling wage and hour class actions
- Experience with single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination matters
- Strong legal research and motion-drafting skills
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Trial and/or substantial trial-preparation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active admission to the California Bar
