  • Oversee IRA-PWA compliance for multiple projects
  • Review and interpret union contracts
  • Conduct wage determinations reviews
  • Manage LCPTracker setup for new projects
  • Oversee ViewPoint Vista payroll code setup
  • Collaborate with project managers, payroll teams, and subcontractors to resolve compliance issues
  • Stay ahead of evolving labor laws, wage determinations, and reporting requirements
