Direct Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join a highly respected national law firm, offering exposure to complex employment litigation and counseling matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of labor & employment litigation experience
  • Experience with expedited injunctive relief, employment litigation, and discovery/motion practice required
  • Strong legal writing and research skills
  • Active bar membership in good standing; admission in the relevant jurisdiction required or to be obtained promptly
