Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar
- 3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Demonstrated experience handling wage and hour class actions, PAGA representative actions, and single-plaintiff employment claims
- Prior arbitration, mediation, or trial experience
- Experience with FEHA claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower matters
