Role Overview

The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of workplace matters while also supporting sophisticated employment litigation and transactional work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Represent employers in employment-related litigation matters, advise clients on labor and employment issues, draft and negotiate employment agreements, and conduct legal research.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • 3–5 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
  • Experience with employment-related litigation and advice and counseling
  • Active Massachusetts Bar admission required
