Job Description
Labor & Employment Associate (Attorney) position sought with at least 2 years of experience to join the firm's Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, or Albany office. Ideal candidates will have experience in labor and employment law, research, writing, and litigation.

Requirements

  • Experience performing research and writing on labor and employment law
  • Ability to communicate with clients and draft position statements
  • Experience with New York State Court and Federal Court practice
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • New York Bar admission required
  • Admission to the Connecticut Bar or ability to waive in is preferred
