Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join a well-established Labor & Employment practice serving public sector and private sector clients throughout the Bay Area.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of labor and employment law experience
  • Experience advising employers on employment and traditional labor matters
  • Strong transactional and counseling experience required
  • Employment litigation experience preferred but not required
  • California Bar admission required
