Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify an Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join its Labor & Employment business unit in San Antonio, TX.

Requirements

  • Advise clients on labor and employment matters and develop employment policies.
  • Manage labor and employment litigation, including trial preparation, motion practice, depositions, and file responsibility.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and other documents.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
