The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling employment matters—particularly those involving sexual harassment, workplace assault, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school in the United States.
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
  • Proven experience handling cases involving sexual harassment and/or workplace assault.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent legal writing and research abilities.
