Role OverviewThe Laboratory Asset Reliability Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of analytical equipment in the Chemicals, X-ray, Surface Area, Physicals, and Ecat laboratories. This position is also responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the IT Systems for the lab.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include championing laboratory safety, leading installation and qualification of analytical equipment, developing and managing preventive maintenance programs, overseeing equipment lifecycle planning, managing vendor relationships, coordinating laboratory information systems support, training staff, diagnosing equipment issues, and analyzing equipment performance.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. or higher in a scientific field, 3+ years of experience in service and repair of analytical equipment, and experience using standard IT tools. They will also have experience with Labware LIMS systems, eMaint or similar equipment database software, and Microsoft Excel.
