Role OverviewThe Laboratory Assistant provides clerical, customer service, and technical assistance, including phlebotomy and specimen processing, for the Laboratory Department in support of positive patient outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Laboratory Assistant will collect and process lab specimens, prepare samples for testing, and utilize the principles of continuous quality improvement to enhance departmental and organizational processes.

Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Computer proficient with MS Office
- Experience with Laboratory Information Systems
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Licensure/Registration/Certification: Phlebotomy Certification Preferred
