Job Description
We're seeking a Laboratory Manager to lead and oversee our petroleum testing laboratory in Broussard, LA. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for laboratory execution, continuous improvement, and client support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of laboratory experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and manage performance to achieve results
