Job Description
Performs front desk and phlebotomy duties, complete demographic and insurance registration, scheduling patients, phlebotomy specimen collection, and quality checks. Must be fully certified in patient registration and phlebotomy.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates knowledge of FPI and its practices
  • Manages provider schedules and scheduling appointments accurately
  • Collects co-payments, outstanding balances, and posts accurately in GE Front Desk Credit Card Module
  • Observes and applies relevant FPI and departmental policies and procedures
