Role OverviewThe Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day patient testing activities within the laboratory, planning, coordinating, and directing testing activities to meet the standards of care in a cost-effective manner.
What You Will Do
The supervisor will supervise laboratory personnel, develop and implement quality control programs, prepare technical reports, and participate in the development of new medical laboratory procedures and techniques.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- 5 years full-time experience as a medical technologist in a clinical laboratory setting
- ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology), NCA or equivalent
