LABORATORY TECHNICIAN - OIL ANALYSIS (FLEET & MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical, mechanical, or related field preferred.
• Experience operating laboratory equipment required; oil analysis experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret oil analysis results and understand engine wear indicators.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple samples and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with maintenance and leadership teams.
• Background in diesel engines, Natural Gas Engines, or heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with engine wear metals, coolant contamination indicators, and fleet maintenance environments preferred.
