Role OverviewThe Finn Lab at OMRF is looking for a part-time Research Technician to work on a project focusing on how genome organization and histone modification collaborate to regulate genes in cancer cells.
What You Will Do
Carry out experiments independently, share in regular lab maintenance tasks, and present work one-on-one and in small group sessions to the lab.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Professional lab experience with relevant techniques such as cell culture, confocal microscopy, and image processing (advantageous)
- Scripting experience with R or Python (strongly preferred)
