Role OverviewAs a Laboratory Technician, you'll perform analytical and sensory testing, monitor production quality, and provide real-time feedback to help ensure our products meet internal and regulatory standards. You'll work closely with production and quality teams to investigate issues, improve processes, and maintain strong laboratory and quality systems. This role is part of a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What You Will Do
Conduct analytical and sensory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal specifications and regulatory requirements. Perform quality audits, GMP compliance checks, and SPC monitoring, providing real-time feedback to production teams on quality performance and critical control points.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 21 years of age.
- Working knowledge of laboratory methods, mathematics, scientific techniques, and quality testing, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
