Role OverviewAs a Laborer Apprentice 3 (Solar), you will work with skilled professionals on critical infrastructure projects, using proven tools and hands-on experience to grow your craft. You will have the support to grow your skills and the opportunity to be part of work that keeps communities running.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include shadowing Solar Technician, assembling, installing, or maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on uneven terrain, roofs, or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics.

Requirements
- 1 – 1.5 years' experience or 2001 - 3000 hours working as a laborer or in any construction craft as a helper
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Must have all necessary tools (see Solar Tool List)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
