Job Description
Laborer II position providing physical labor for daily vessel operations, including supporting terminal labor functions, cleaning and inspecting containers, and assisting with agricultural inspections.

Requirements

  • Experience performing heavy labor tasks, including lifting over 50-100lbs, and moving heavy objects, handling physically demanding activities.
  • Ability to use common hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, and hammers.
  • Basic English communication skills (verbal/written).
  • Ability to obtain internal forklift certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card within 60 days of employment.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and strong initiative.
  • Ability to think logically, follow procedures, instructions and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors and fellow employees.
