  • Previous manufacturing, construction, concrete, or industrial plant experience
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and Quality Control
  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings or willingness to learn
  • Ability to use hand tools and perform general labor tasks in a production environment
