Role OverviewWIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Laborer to maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position requires high visibility to traffic and involves wearing PPE to interact with other employees.
What You Will Do
The Laborer will be responsible for retrieving waste litter, sweeping and cleaning breakrooms and maintenance shop areas, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements
- Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
- Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
