Role OverviewThe Laborer assists in ensuring the facility site is kept clean and performs various physical activities required. This position is responsible for assisting equipment operators and carrying out set-up and clean-up tasks.

Operate heavy machinery, perform maintenance of construction equipment, assist in loading and unloading of equipment and materials, and provide labor support as needed.

Requirements
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Comfortable working in high stress environment with extreme weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and navigate heights
- Lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds and navigate construction job site terrain
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
